The bad, I had rear brakes replaced in September on my f150. Last week, the truck developed a grinding noise. Upon investigation, it was discovered that retaining bolts for one caliper had fallen out. The truck was towed to the dealership for investigation.
The good, Holiday Ford, replaced all the damaged components, including new pads on the unaffected side at no charge.
This kind of integrity is nice to find. Keep up the good work. Holiday Ford followed up with me and agreed to replace the rotor they had machined, did a courtesy mechanical inspection, and detailed the truck. They put us in a loner for the day while this was being done. I can't say enough about my treatment by the service department at Holiday Ford. I will be a customer of this dealership going forward.
